Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Agreement
By registering as an affiliate with Shatibiy Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Affiliate Program Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate credentials
- Use only approved marketing materials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any illegal or unethical activities
3. Intellectual Property
All Shatibiy Institute logos, trademarks, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Shatibiy Institute. You may not modify, reproduce, or use these materials without written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Shatibiy Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the affiliate program, including loss of profits, data, or business.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shatibiy Institute from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the affiliate program.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the affiliate program immediately ceases.
7. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and the jurisdiction where Shatibiy Institute is located.
10. Changes to Terms
Shatibiy Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Affiliate Program Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shatibiy Institute regarding the affiliate program.
