Affiliate Program Policy
Guidelines and requirements for our affiliate partners
1. Program Overview
The Shatibiy Institute Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn commission by referring students to our courses. Affiliates receive 25% commission on every successful course purchase made through their referral link.
2. Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in a supported country
- Must provide accurate personal and banking information
- Cannot be a current employee of Shatibiy Institute
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 25% of course purchase amount
- Payment Method: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Wise Transfer
- Payout Frequency: Monthly (after verification)
- Minimum Payout: ₦5,000 (or equivalent)
4. Referral Attribution
- Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links
- Attribution window: 90 days from initial signup
- One student can only be credited to one affiliate
- Email-based tracking ensures accurate attribution
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT engage in:
- Spam or unsolicited contact
- Misrepresentation of Shatibiy Institute or courses
- Paid search bidding on brand keywords without permission
- Cookie stuffing or other deceptive practices
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails
- Impersonating Shatibiy Institute
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts that:
- Violate this policy
- Have no activity for 6 months
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Have unpaid balances or chargebacks
7. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid 30 days after course purchase
- Refunds reduce affiliate commission proportionally
- Payments are issued monthly on the 5th
- Banking fees are the affiliate's responsibility
8. Changes to Policy
Shatibiy Institute reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
